A sales contract is established when a User applies to purchase an item, and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the Company hands the product over to the shipping carrier. The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the User under the following circumstances:
1. If the User violates these Terms. 2. If delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address or prolonged absence.

The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken under this article.

The interpretation of these Terms is governed by Japanese law. Disputes related to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Company’s headquarters are located.
